Shipping Policy
Orders placed Monday – Thursday after
2:00pm EST will be PROCESSED within 2-3 days. Orders placed on a Friday will be
processed on the following Monday, orders placed on Saturday-Sunday will be
processed on the following Tuesday. We encourage our customers to place an
order when half of their CBD is gone, this will prevent shipping delays and
ensures you are not out of CBD. Due to age restrictions for use of this website
(see Terms & Conditions), no information obtained by this site falls within
the Child Online Privacy Act (COPA) and is not monitored as doing so.
Order
Processing Delivery Method and Timing: any shipping charges will be
calculated and viewable at checkout. After an order has been received in our
system, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process and ship.
Typical shipping times may vary from 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday)
after processing times. *AK/HI additional time/shipping cost. This does not
include any potential for inclement weather, holidays, or world disasters,
which can cause shipping disruption and delay delivery. All DISCOUNT promotional products that were not charged shipping and cancel (or
return) may be subject to shipping charge of $5.95 per item, up to 9.95 for
multiple items.
We are not responsible for lost, held,
damaged, or stolen packages. We are not responsible for customer error due to
incorrect shipping address information, if reship is requested a shipping
charge will be required of $9.95. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS
or FedEx along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled
by USPS, UPS or FedEx.
International Shipping: At this time
we only ship to the continental U.S. We do ship to all USA States; we DO NOT
ship to Canada, Virgin Island, or Puerto Rico.
